If you miss a session without 24-hour notice, the session is considered used. We understand emergencies happen — reach out and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
Sessions can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance. We recommend booking early as slots fill quickly, especially for evening and weekend times.

The 40-minute session is a focused reflective conversation, ideal for exploring a specific question or block. The 60-minute session includes deeper emotional mapping and is suited for those who want to explore patterns, recurring themes, or transitions.
No preparation is required. Some clients find it helpful to jot down what is on their mind beforehand, but you are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
Yes, completely. What you share in sessions remains private. Notes are kept securely and are not shared with any third party.
No. Creative coaching is a complementary practice, not a substitute for psychotherapy or clinical mental health support. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional.
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay. International cards are supported.
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
Refunds are available if you cancel more than 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, though you may reschedule once without additional charge.
