The Scene Within is a space for creators who want to understand themselves — not just their work.
The Scene Within sits at the intersection of psychology and creative practice. Whether you're stuck, burned out, or disconnected from your work — this is a space to look inward, understand your patterns, and create from a more honest place.
I'm Anushika — a psychology graduate and creative performance consultant. I work with creators, artists, and anyone who creates art and wants to understand themselves better.

Why you can't start, finish, or feel good about what you make.

When making things stops feeling like yours.

The voice that says your work isn't good enough.

The recurring feelings that shape how you create.

Who you are when no one's watching.

Building a practice that doesn't deplete you.
No agenda, no pressure — just an honest look at what's happening inside your creative world.
Sessions are held online via Google Meet.
A focused exploration of one specific block or feeling. Good for when you know what you're carrying.
Deeper dives, first sessions, or unpacking something layered. Good for when you're not sure where to start.
"Most blocks aren't about skill. They're about something unexamined."The Scene Within
I studied psychology because I was obsessed with why people are the way they are. I built The Scene Within because I kept meeting creators who were struggling not with craft — but with themselves.
My approach is conversational, non-judgmental, and emotionally honest. I don't have a script. I follow what's real.
This space is for you if you've ever felt like your creative life and your inner life are working against each other.
